I’ve purchased fittings from a hardware/lighting store, can you install them? 

Yes, we can install any fittings as long as they meet Australian Standards.

 

How do I tell if my home is safe? 

A safety switch does not determine that your entire home is safe. There could be recessed downlights or unprotected cables that were installed before you bought your house that don’t meet today’s standards. Call us to make an appointment for a safety inspection. Our technicians will provide confirmed written safety for peace of mind.

My safety switch won’t stay on, what should I do? 

Sounds like there is a fault somewhere, likely an appliance. Try unplugging everything from the wall, literally unplug the device not just turn of the power point. Then try resetting the safety switch. If that doesn’t work it’s time to give us a call.
